Outfit // My Favourite Way To Layer Shirts

Wearing a button-up shirt under a sweater has become one of my favourite ways to layer my clothes, because it serves multiple purposes – and in my bias option, keeps me looking stylish at the same time.

Layering a button-up top under a sweater allows me to take a layer off if I get too hot. Even minus a layer, I still look put together (because you can’t go wrong with a classic white button-up shirt – after all, it is a wardrobe staple).

I also love the way they two look together; the collar, hem and sleeve cuffs of the shirt peeking out of the sweater.

This is a look that has grown on me over the last few years because I used to think it was just from grandmas (you can read my blog post about it here; featuring another outfit where I wear a collared shirt under a sweater).

What is your favourite way to layer shirts? Are there any fashion or style questions you have, that you would like me to answer? I’d love to hear from you in the comment section at the bottom of this post!

Victoria
