This is my last post of “what booths to stop at while at OOAK Spring 2013” and it is focused on Tea and Flavours!! I’ll let you in on a little secret: this is my favourite part of the show! 😉 There are so many delicious samples to try, it’s rather exciting! I have found numerous “treats” this way and think it’s key when selling food and drink items! Would I ever just buy chocolate hummus without trying it? That’s a big no. But when you have the ability to try it without worrying you just wasted your money, you can then indulge at home in peace. The chocolate hummus, by the way was really good!! It felt like a great excuse to eat chocolate while feeling healthy!

Speaking of flavours, the ladies at Jaswant’s Kitchen are brilliant, because they have created a starter kit for those of us who don’t make very much Indian Food but would love to give it a try! The kit comes jam packed with all the ingredients and spices you will need; plus recipes and a cheat sheet of the spices’ names to match their picture. Did I mention they were brilliant?!

I’m also a huge tea fan – and if you are also, you MUST make your way over to  the Telish and Tea Dot booths! There are so many great choices it’s nearly impossible to pick just one! The Lemon Meringue from Telish and the Reiki Healer from Tea Dot were just two that had my taste buds wanting more!
