There’s always chatter over the question “Is Fashion Art?” (you can let me know what you think in the comment section below), and my stance is yes, and no – depending on the particular pieces.
In the case of these scenic print pleated skirts from Chicwish I would say yes, they are art. Gorgeous pictures are printed on the skirts, creating beautiful pieces of wearable art – and in this case, at a very affordable price point.
