Wearing black on black is a great way to get a powerfully chic look, but you also don’t want to look plain and boring. One of the simplest ways I like to wear all black is to add in a bit of texture; which adds an interesting element, while keeping the overall monochrome vibe. For this look, I decided to use sequins for that little bit of texture.
The sequins blend in enough to stay chic (because they’re black like the rest of the look), but bold enough to throw some drama into the mix. I love adding sequins in the same colour as the rest of my outfit when I want to achieve a dressy casual outfit (especially for an evening look).
