Happy Friday Friends!!

This week I’ve been stuck in a weird mental phase, somewhere between thinking (or more accurately dreaming) spring is on the horizon, and fearing winter will never end.

I know the reason for this awkward confusion also; I’m half blaming it on the fashion world (I can blame, because it’s my world 😉 ), and half on mother nature.

I am constantly attending spring/summer previews; drooling over all the pretty collections that we will soon see in stores.  Plus, although stores won’t bring out their spring/summer collections until a bit later, their “pre-spring” collections have already started to hit the racks.

I’m a designer too, so I completely understand the meaning behind it; but, as a normal gal just trying to live life, it’s awfully confusing! Do I buy the bathing suits, dresses and adorable flats that are popping up, or do I buy the scarves, winter coats and boots that I am currently in need of?! Because no matter how hard I close my eyes and wish, the snow keeps on coming (the picture above is proof)!

Now, onto a few things that were screaming spring in my life this week:

I got to preview some of the spring collections you can expect to see popping up on Etsy in the next little while. Ladies, beware: there are SO MANY amazing spring pieces from so many different shops. I wanted to take everything home with me!

One specific piece that stole my heart is this pretty pink minimalist backpack! I am obsessed. Actually, I’m obsessed pretty much everything in Noemie’s shop – you should really head over to her Etsy shop to check it all out. I have my eye on the Swimmers Print Tent Dress also – it’s so fun!

This week I was introduced to Giftagram. Have you heard of it? It’s actually quite exciting (and the name is pretty cute too). Giftagram is an app that allows you to send gifts to someone in just a few clicks: select the gift you want to send, select the person you want to send the gift to, hit send. That’s it – seriously!
