Green Winter Coat, Parka with Faux Fur Hood

I’ve decided it’s time for me to officially put away my winter coats; after all, it is mid-April. But considering there is an ice storm happening as I type, you can see why I haven’t gotten around to it yet. I’ve been wearing my winter coats – in particular this green parka – a lot longer than usual; and as much as I hate to admit it, I’ve been wearing them well into spring because the weather has been far from “spring” like.

I’m hopeful this will be the final “winter” storm we’ll get this spring (it feels so wrong to type winter storm and spring in the same sentence) so I’ve decided it’s time to transition my wardrobe from winter to spring, and just keep my fingers crossed that Mother Nature decides to give us warm weather. I’ll keep out some of my lighter coats out for now, just to be realistic, but goodbye parkas and puffer coats…see you next winter!

Do you still have your winter coats out, or have you already put them away despite the weird weather we’re getting? What are some of the ways you like to transition your wardrobe from winter to spring? I’d love to know in the comment section below!

I love to transition from winter to spring by going to Arizona and coming back with a tan! I used to have way more of a summer wardrobe, now winter clothes rule my home!!!
