Come join me this Thursday (December 12th) to dance your heart out to The St. Royals 16-Piece Superband for The Christmas Soul Revue at The Mod Club in Toronto! It will definitely be a night filled with awesomeness. The icing on the cake? Having a great dance party, listing to great music, and supporting a great cause!!
What Cause? The CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish program!! It has become one of the largest distributors of toys to children in need in the Greater Toronto Area, and providing financial assistance in order to ensure hundreds of thousands of children are able to enjoy the holiday season. In 2012 alone, the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish initiative assisted approximately 300,000 children in need through toy and financial support. Amazing right?!
What’s Happening? The St. Royals 16-piece Superband (including 4 singers, a searing 5-piece horn section and a 7-piece rhythm section) will kick off the holiday season with the very best in Motown, Soul-filled tunes and everyone’s favourite Christmas classics (I’m so excited!!). There will also be special guest performances by Ania Soul and DJ Lissa Monet.
The evening costs $50, and all ticket proceeds will benefit the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish. You get to have fun and support children in the GTA, all at one time.
