Downtown living can be tough. Don’t get me wrong – I love that everything is only a short walk away, and I really wouldn’t want anything different.
Well, that’s a lie. I want to live downtown and still have a huge space to live in; but let’s try to be realistic here. Downtown living spaces are small, which for the average downtown gal is a struggle. But what if you’re a downtown gal and a lady boss who needs to work in the same space you live? Now, that my friends, is an even bigger struggle.
Luckily I came cross this home Tour of lady boss Nicole Heim, who owns clothing line Cienne NY, and who has a showroom in her tiny New York Apartment. This, to me, is major inspiration; that has given me a renewed hope that a pretty live-work space can be created. So, let’s take a look, shall we?
